Katy Perry is going to become a mother for the first time and she is in her pregnancy during the ongoing period of lockdown which triggers a sense of fright. However, it looks like she has been handling her pregnancy pretty well. Katy Perry talks about staying positive while pregnant amid the quarantine inspiring new moms in the process.

The beloved judge of American Idol explained that she has a specially designated time in her schedule to sort her emotions, feelings, and thoughts and process and accept them accordingly to stay grateful and positive as much as she can during the period of the pandemic.

In a recent live session on Facebook, Katy Perry revealed that she is a planner and this period has been overwhelming to her as she does not know to handle it. She wishes everyone good health. She also shared her thoughts on feeling contradictory on different days saying that her current life is a balance between good and bad days. She also jokingly asked her viewers how many of them cry and lets it all out at least once in a week.

One of her fans shared their difficulties and inconveniences in planning a wedding set to happen in June during the outbreak.

Katy Perry, who is currently engaged to actor Orlando Bloom found the story dearly relatable to her own life and also shared her perspective on the same.

She said to her fan that it is always okay to have a confusing assortment of feelings all at once. She also shared that because of the coronavirus outbreak, many of her plans had to be canceled and rescheduled to different dates.

The readers might already know that Katy and Orlando were planning their nuptials in Japan this year but now with the current circumstances, they have no option but to postpone it to a different date, if not next year!

Katy also said that she is even unsure about throwing a baby shower before the birth.

These uncertainties might take a good toll on people’s mental health. However, Katy said that she has been handling this private time at home with as much positivity as she could extract.

She went into intimate details saying that it is common to lose perspective during a time like this. She also shared her moment of realization when she was taking a shower. It came to her mind, all of a sudden that no matter what she has to endure or live through, she always needs to be grateful for everything. She made it a point to acknowledge people around the world who are going through unimaginable difficulties during this time of the outbreak. Her solution to keeping aside her depression is putting on some Bob Marley. His songs instill a sense of vibrancy, positivity, and optimism without any additional effort. She turns up the volume to the fullest in her house and her nerves are calmed instantly. She shared many personal habits and thoughts with her fans during the session.
