Dragon Age 4’s Setting Will Most Probably Be Likened To The Forthcoming Release Of Short-Story Collection

Due to Anthem game’s release last February, BioWare’s next installment of Dragon Age game has been postponed over the last years. The game is under development and yet its storyline is still a mystery. But according to the sources, Dragon Age writers have penned down a collection of short stories that are set for release. This might reveal something about the game’s storyline.

No official statements about the storyline of Dragon Age 4 have been made even after a year of the release of the teaser of the latest edition of the game franchise. But according to marking experts of the developers, the storyline might be based on the collection of short stories.

The game Dragon Age: Tevinter Nights takes place in the oldest surviving human nation ruled by Images, Tevinter Imperium of Thedas. According to Dragon Age fans, the continuation of the story was foreshadowed in Dragon Age: Inquisition’s Trespasser.

All the installments of Dragon Age have been playing around a certain location. For instance, the first installment took place in the fortress city of Ferelden, the second installment in Kirkwall City and the last one in the Orlesan Empire.

According to the speculation, the collection of stories will indicate the storyline of the game and the story will probably be released in March 2020. If the previous books are followed then the fourth installment would introduce new characters.

Dragon Age editor and lead writer, Patrick Weekes who has also worked on the novel ‘The Masked Empire’, provided his twitter followers with the Amazon listing link along with the statement that he is not the only author of the book. Every Dragon Age fan will get an actual idea of what to expect from the game only after the release of the collection of stories. And, following the pattern of the franchise, it can be predicted that the fourth installment will also have the same way.
