It is confirmed by Us Weekly that Jim is the one to call it quits first by filing a divorce on Friday, October 25th. It came as a surprise to the Real Housewives of Orange County star Meghan King Edmonds as she got this news right after they celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary together.
It was confirmed by many news outlets and the weekly magazine that there were fights and skirmishes going on between them for a while. The couple threw a fit at each other and the fight turned so ugly that it required cops to intervene between the two.
Their marriage was already at stake and the boat was capsized with the divorce. A friend of the two told Us Weekly that they had been fighting for a while. Jim fired up after being heavily interrogated by his wife about who he went with to a recent hockey game.

They had a lot going on in the family, like their son’s health problems and two other little babies’ daughter Aspen and Hart’s twin brother, Hayes, as well which were very distracting and preventing them to think about their conjugal problems. She gave the interview on her anniversary saying that it was their fifth marriage anniversary and a lot can change on Halloween. They were counseling. This would be a date for them where they can focus on each other. She wanted to talk about everything and all on that day to have a new start without any other distractions.
Jim was alleged with cheating on Meghan with another woman while Meghan was pregnant with their twin sons. For this reason, they had been fighting and trying to work out towards betterment.
On this, Jim took ownership of his actions claiming that he had an inappropriate conversation with a lady but there was no physical relationship made with that person. According to him, she was the kind of person who tries to profit from his name and scandalized others in the past. Though his wife, Meghan stated in a blog that she could not stop doubting her husband after this incident. But she was still trying and hopeful to work this marriage out somehow.
