The mobile text-based RPG of Gotterdammerung, Untold doesn’t really put attention on intense gameplay or the graphics. The main content of this title is its story. The users of the game can choose their own path through the various options available on the screen.

A new 40-second trailer was also released along with the launch of Untold. Through this trailer, a glimpse of the story has also been provided, along with the mobile UI format.

Text-based RPG Untold is now available on mobile devices and the official summary of the game mentions, ‘Create your own Untold story by making decisions that impact your adventure. Some of these choices will pave way for survival; others will condemn you to the realm of the dead. As you venture through the world, you gain experience, gather equipment and build your character. Keep in mind though, that strength is not everything you need to survive the cruel world that is Tem Khiris.’

The players will have to control a character that they cannot see. The only purpose of it is vengeance and recovering lost memories.

The entire game is text-based only, but there are some strategy elements present. The players need to maintain the statistics of their chosen characters, as well as make them armed with various armor weapons. While fighting with different enemies on the battlefield, the players will gain experience points with which they will level up and earn ability points. These points can be used to upgrade the skills of other players. The gameplay is pretty similar to those of RPGs but in text-format.

The playtime of a single play-through of Untold is over eight hours. Fortunately for the players, they can replay it several times and that too with various stats and weapons. The decisions of the players matter in the course of the game and a lot of the gameplay will depend on it.

The game can be downloaded for free and play it for a certain point in the story. The users will receive a prompt to buy the full game to unlock the rest of the game. The price of the full game isn’t $4.99 to play in its entirety, but there are no additional in-app purchases beyond buying the full game.

The title is only available in the English language with no news on if additional languages will be added in the future.

The release of the title has come after the release of the beta version in the latter part of 2019. Those players, who had played the beta version, had provided feedback on the combat system, along with some issues that were needed to be fixed before the release.

The players can available of Untold through iOS and Android devices.
