The terrific multiplayer horror game, Dead by Daylight that is known to pit one player as a nigh-unstoppable killer and the rest four as resilient survivors, has seen much more than its expected share of downloadable content. It seems that the lone killer setup is just pleading for horror icons, which is exactly what the game has been getting since its release.

As it happens that the players have been opportune enough to inhabit Michael Myers, Freddy Krueger, Leatherface, Ghostface, and many more horror icons. Added to this the Demorgorgon from Stranger Things has even made an appearance. In addition to all these killers, the DLC also brings the appropriate survivors, like Laurie Strode from Halloween and Steve Harrington from Stranger Things.

With the introduction of the new Silent Hill DLC, the players can hunt Silent Hill 3 protagonist Cheryl Mason as the dreaded Executioner, who is otherwise known as Pyramid Head.

It was only yesterday when the Silent Hill downloadable content became available. Apart from the characters, the pack also includes Midwich Elementary School as a new map. Also, the Pyramid Head displays his trademark giant sword and it is just as terrifying here as he was in the Silent Hill series. The DLC is available for only $6.99 on Steam, though on the Microsoft store it is available for $7.99.

Pyramid Head Comes To Dead By Daylight And Konami Drops Several Silent Hill Soundtracks Onto Spotify To Celebrate. To celebrate, Konami has released a total of seven tracks from the series on the Spotify music service.

Even if the number seems too much to many of you, one must always remember that there are almost a dozen games in the series. So, keeping that in mind, this is only little over half of the soundtracks that have been released.

All the soundtracks being released come from the main series, starting with the second entry. They are Silent Hill 2, Silent Hill 3, Silent Hill 4: Shattered Memories, and Silent Hill: Downpour. It is Akira Yamaoka who has composed the music for every entry in the series, only except the last game, which is Silent Hill: Downpour.

It is Daniel Licht, who is perhaps best known for the soundtrack to the Showtime show Dexter, is the one who took over the music duties on that particular installment.

However, Spotify seems to be a bit of a mess, as any player who intends to search for the soundtracks is going to get a lot of user playlists from people who are trying to bring together the soundtracks before they are available officially.

Although it is quite a noble effort, as many users tend to have a lot of user playlists saved for when they cannot find out the official soundtracks, which further makes it difficult to find specific things. Fortunately, one just cannot search for Konami Europe’s Spotify profile and end up finding all the soundtracks there along with the Castlevania soundtracks.

Also, it is imperative to find out whether or not there are any Yamaoka fans out there. As per the ongoing trend, You’re Not Here off of the Silent Hill 3 soundtrack seems to be the most popular.
